PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna which can satisfactorily receive the VHF (Lo), VHF (Hi) and UHF bands of a TV in a single body. SOLUTION: This antenna 14 includes a piece of zigzag conductive line part 10 including plural lines which are longitudinally long and parallel to each other, a loading part 12 of a large area which is placed at the longitudinal tip side and connected to one of both ends of the part 10, and an antenna output terminal which leads the other end of the part 10 from the other longitudinal end side. The length covering the tip of the part 12 through the other end of the part 10 is defined as the electrical length that can receive the UHF band. The total return length of the part 10 is defined as the electrical length that can receive the VHF (Lo) band. The receiving band width of the VHF (Lo) band is increased via the capacity due to the area of the part 12, and the VHF (Hi) band can also be received via the floating capacity caused between the long lines of the part 10 which are longitudinally set in parallel to each other. |
