PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the number of trace signals to be equal to that of processor having the largest number of trace signals independently of the number of processors incorporating trace signal liens between a tracer and the processor in an in-circuit emulator of a multiprocessor system. SOLUTION: A parallel/serial conversion circuit 6 which performs time division base parallel/serial conversion of trace data 3 and 4 outputted from CPUa7 and CPUb8 and a serial/parallel conversion circuit 2 which performs serial/ parallel conversion of serial data transferred to the tracer 1 are provided. Signal lines between the tracer and the processor can be reduced. A selection circuit for selecting and tracing only necessary trace data is provided. Thus, the trace signal liens between the tracer and the processor can be reduced. |
