<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat efficiently a powder with a rotary vane by controlling a stay of the powder in an upper part in a treating container even in the case where a rotary speed of the rotary vane provided in the treating container is accelerated. SOLUTION: In a powder treating device wherein rotary vanes 12a, 12b are provided in a lower part inside a treating container 11 for treating the powder, a guide member 13 for guiding the powder having flown up by rotation of the rotary vanes 12a, 12b downward is provided at a position upper than the rotary vanes 12a, 12b in the treating container 11, or the treating container 11 is formed in a closed-end cylinder, and a ring-shaped guide part protruded in an upper semi-circular shape toward a central part from its peripheral edge part is formed on an upper surface part of the treating container 11.</p> |
