PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the oxytitanylphthalocyanine dispersed liquid reduced in the content of impurities being a factor of lowering the electrostatic characteristics of the electrophotographic photoreceptor containing a stable A-type oxytitanylphthalocyanine not needing high temperature heat treatment having a danger of causing heat dcomposition, and to provide a method of preparing this liquid and the electrophotographic photoreceptor by using this. SOLUTION: The oxytitanylphthalocyanine has crystal forms having at least main peaks in Bragg angle (2θ) of 9.6±0.2 deg. and 24.0±0.2 deg. and 27.2±0.2 deg. in the X-ray diffraction spectra using the Cu-Kαcharacteristic: X-ray (a wavelength of 1.54Å), when this oxytitanylphthalocyanine is dispersed in a nonaqueous medium. The oxytitanylphthalocyanine has crystal forms having the main peaks of Bragg angle (2θ) at least 9.3±0.2 deg. and 13.1±0.2 deg. and 26.2±0.2 deg..
