SOLUTION: This optical recording device is provided with a laser light emitter 1 for emitting a linear polarized laser light, an electric optical element 4 for controlling the rotational direction of the polarized surface of the linear polarized laser light from the laser light emitter 1, an objective lens 6 for converging the linear polarized laser light passed through the electric optical element 4 and forming a light converging spot P on the recording surface 7a of an optical disk 7, and a driving motor 8 for rotating the optical disk 7 so as to move the light converging spot P on the recording surface while keeping the light converging spot P formed on the recording surface 7a. |
