PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up an intention decision by management and to improve the precision by allowing a planning means to determine a plan based on the demands of the own company and calculate the actual result as for the plan of the own company by performing simulation based upon the state of the own company. SOLUTION: A departmental year-unit trend predicting means 2 predicts the trends of demand predictions 3, target sales/profits 31, and target sales quantities 32 for every departments of an own company in the whole industry and in a year unit based on a past five years period. Those demand predictions 3, target sales/profits 31 and target sales quantities 32 which are predicted are expanded by a departmental year-unit middle-period planning means 4 into a sales/profit plan 51, a sales/production plan 52 and a personnel plan 53. Further, a yearly month-unit period-beginning planning means 6 expands them into monthly sales plans 61 and production plans 62 from April to March based on those plans and a simulation means 7 executes the simulation as of the respective inputted plans based on the state of the own company. |
