FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes new derivatives of tropan-2-aldoxime of the formula (I), any their mixture or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt where R means hydrogen atom or alkyl; R means CH= NOR where R means hydrogen atom or alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl or aryl possibly substituted with COOH, COO-alkyl or phenyl; R means phenyl that can be substituted once or some times with substituents taken from the group including halogen atom, CF3, CN, NO2 or alkyl, benzyl or naphthyl. These compounds show valuable therapeutic properties as reuptake inhibitors of monoamine neurotransmitters, i. e. dopamine, serotonin, epinephrine. Invention describes also a pharmaceutical composition for inhibition of reuptake of monoamine neurotransmitters based on compounds of the formula (I) and a method of treatment of an animal organism (including human) with disorders or diseases where compounds of the formula (I) show inhibiting effect of dopamine reuptake.
