PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positional accuracy of a coupled part of an ink tank and an ink tank unit by providing a press process in which the ink tank is inserted in a direction orthogonal to a movement direction of a needle of a moving means and a projecting part is butted to a reference face parallel to the movement direction of the needle. SOLUTION: A main tank 1 is inserted in a state while guided by an upper guide and a lower guide. The inserted main tank 1 is pressed to a reference face by a tank-urging spring, so that a position in a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction of the ink tank 1 to an ink tank unit is determined. The main tank 1 is further inserted into the ink tank unit. As a result, a first cap 2 of the main tank 1 butts with a vicinity L of a leading end part of a click member 94, thereby rotating the click member 94 in an M direction, i.e., counterclockwise direction. With the insertion continued, the first cap 2 finally butts with a lateral butt face and a longitudinal butt face of the upper guide, whereby an upper part of the main tank is positioned. |
