LAMINATE AND CONTAINER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-polyester laminate having a combination of an improved impact resistance (particularly dent resistance), processability and resistance to contents, and a seamless container formed from the laminate. SOLUTION: In the laminate comprising a metal base body and a resin layer composed mainly of a polyester, the polyester satisfies the following equations: T1 >=70, 50>=T2 >=10, T3 <=-60, and T1 -T2 >=25, where T1 , T3 , and T2 show a high temperature side peak temperature, a low temperature side peak temperature, and an intermediate peak temperature, respectively in a dynamic viscoelasticity test. The laminated material comprises a complex polyester film having a loss modulus satisfying such equations as shown above.
