PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-color toner image of median gloss (reflectance of 10 to 40%) in which color toners, cyan, magenta, yellow, and black, are sufficiently mixed and no offset phenomena are exhibited. SOLUTION: The glossiness of a full-color fixed image at a normal fixing temperature of -10 to +10 deg.C is set to 10 to 40% and its surface roughness Rz is set smaller than 10μm, thereby obtaining a full-color image having high color development and no offset. It is preferable that the toner used here have, as its main constituents, coloring agent, binding resin, and releasing agent which is not compatible with the binding resin.
