PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital CCD camera that enables inspection of a signal processing system on a rear step, without having to connect the CCD and its operation system. SOLUTION: This device is a digital CCD camera, that has a noise elimination circuit 2 and an AGC circuit 3 connected in series to a CCD 1, and a signal processing system that includes at least a pre-knee circuit 4, a gain variable amplifier 5, a variable clamping circuit 6, an AD converter 7, and a digital signal processing device 8 that are connected in series to the AGC circuit 3. The device is further equipped with a reference signal generating circuit 10 that receives a blanking pulse and generates a white signal of reference amplitude and a switch circuit 13, which selects an output signal of the reference signal generation circuit 10 and the output signal of the AGC circuit 3 and inputs them to the signal processing system. |
