PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To depress an upper face of a large empty can by one foot operation, and efficiently crush the empty can by fixing a pressing member for pressing the center part upper face of the empty can to an upper part of the equipment body in a manner to be protruded downwards, and individually pressing both side parts of the empty can being depressed in the center part to both side parts of the equipment body. SOLUTION: A 18-litre empty can 4 is put on a put-on table 3. Then, a foot lever 2a of a foot jack 2 is once pressed downwards by foot. A dogleg-shaped two-section link 5 is largely turned in a straight line by a slight rise of a short pounder 6 and a top end 5a of the two-section link 5 largely rises the put-on table 3. In this case, the force for turning the short pounder 6 is designated as f, the length of the pounder 6 as l, the force for turning the two-node link 5 as F, and one node length of the link 5 as L. Since the formula: f×1=F×L can be made, the put-on table 3 can be raised with a force lighter than the force to step the foot jack 2. Though the force for pressing the 18-litre empty can 4 by a pressing member 9 is weak, it is enough for pressing.
