PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbing carrier for a biologically active substance capable of enhancing in-vivo absorbability by efficiently discharging an adsorbed and/or bonded physiologically active substance and a compsn. wherein the physiologically active substance is adsorbed and/or bonded to the carrier. SOLUTION: An adsorbing carrier for a physiologically active substance comprises a powder wherein the surface area of particles is 0.1-0.4 m<2> /g and the particle size distribution is about 20 - about 100μm and particles with a particle size of 20μm or less is adjusted to below 2% and a physiologically active substance, especially, physiologically active peptide is adsorbed and/or bonded to the carrier to form a compsn.
