PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occupancy area when mounting a circuit board and to enhance high frequency characteristics, by reducing a total size including a dimension in a vertical direction. SOLUTION: An elastic rubber-insulating base 1 structured by providing plural recessed parts 11, each of which has almost the same size as each of plural electrodes 102 and is formed in a shape to wrap each electrode around, corresponding to the plural electrodes 102 of an electronic part 100 on a front surface of elastic rubber-insulating plate material thicker than a height of the plural electrodes 102 of the electronic part 100 from a flat surface of a package 101 is provided. Plural projecting contacts 2 held and fixed on the bottom parts of the plural recessed parts 11 of the elastic rubber-insulating base 1 are provided. Plural pin terminals 3 held and fixed on a rear surface of the elastic rubber-insulating base 1 are provided to be connected to plural electrodes 201 on a circuit board 200. A fine metal wire 4 is provided to correspondingly connect plural contacts 2 and plural terminal pins 3 in the elastic rubber- insulating base 1. |
