PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy efficiency, accomplish assurance of driving force and improvement of recovering efficiency of power energy by two motors of comparatively low power output, optimize control of an engine and the two motors for demanded driving force from drive wheels, reduce mutual influence of control of the engine and the motors, simplify its control, and improve control degrees of freedom. SOLUTION: An engine 1 is connected to a sun gear 2a, a motor 3 is connected to a flywheel starter gear 2b, a motor 4 is connected to a carrier 2c, the sun gear 2a and the carrier 2c are freely connected to each other by a clutch 6, and a CVT 5 is connected to the carrier 2c. The motors 3, 4 are used as a driving source or a power generator according to traveling conditions, or one of the motors 3, 4 is used as the driving source, the other one is used as the power generator, or one of the motors 3, 4 is used as the driving source or the power generator, the other one is not used as control, and a differential motion of a planetary gear unit 2 is fixed by the clutch 6 to form a drive shaft directly connected to the engine 1 disposing the two motors 3, 4 between the engine 1 and the CVT 5. |
