The present invention provides the reactive formazan dyestuffs of the following formula (I), wherein m, Y, R, X1, X2, and M are defined in this document. These kinds of dyestuffs have deep-dyeing ability, and they are suitable for dyeing and printing of materials containing either cellulose fibers, such as cotton, synthetic cotton, hemp, and synthetic hemp.
