The invention is concerned with novel compounds of the formula: wherein R1 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; Y is -CH2-, -O-, , or ; R2-NR2 is C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, phenyl which may be mono- or di-substituted on the phenyl ring with C1-C6 alkoxy, benzyl or phenylethyl which may be mono- or di-substituted on the aromatic ring with C1-C6 alkoxy, diphenylmethyl, carbo(C1-C2)alkoxy, or furanyl or pyrrolinidyl which is linked to the nitrogen atom via carbonyl or carbonylmethylene; m is 2 or 3; and n is 0 or 1, with the proviso that when Y is , R1 is hydrogen, m is 2 and n is 0, R2 is not methyl, and physiologically accpetable acid addition salts thereof. The compounds of formula (I) have a blood flow-increasing action and can be used for the therapy or prevention of diseases in the cardiovascular system.
