PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispatch electronic mail even to a party having an unknown electronic mail address by receiving the electronic mail containing the set of an indirect address, with which a person or the group of persons can be specified, and an electronic mail address corresponding to that indirect address, and registering the electronic mail in a storage means. SOLUTION: In a database 34, the indirect address for specifying a person or a group of persons which is a combination of a personal name, organization name, post, address or telephone number and the electronic mail address are previously registered in corresponding way. An electronic mail receiving part 31 receives the electronic mail containing all or any one of telephone number, address, personal name and organization name from a certain electronic mail server. An address translating part 32 extracts all or any one of the telephone number, address, personal name and organization name to be the indirect address from the received electronic mail. Based on the extracted indirect address, the address translating part 32 retrieves the data base 34 and acquires the electronic mail address corresponding to the indirect address. |
