PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable following the quick variation of angular velocity and improve the response of detection output of vibrator by pinching the base part of the vibrator to be a vibration isolation member and lightening the mass of member supported by an elastic member. SOLUTION: The base end part 1A of a tripod tuning fork type vibrator 1 is pinched with elastic members, rubbers 31 and 32 for vibration isolation and supported with holding members. The holding members consist of a case 41 for a holding member fabricated by bending from a metal plate made of phosphor bronze of thickness 0.3 mm for example and a lid 42 for holding member formed by the same material of thickness 0.5 mm. In a containing recess part 41A constituted of a plane 41a and three sides and a positioning part (loosening prevention member) 41d , rubbers for vibration isolation 31 and 32 are fitted in. By this, the mass of the member supported by the rubbers for vibration protection is lightened, inertia force becomes to hardly work on the vibration 1 and so the response of detection output of the vibrator 1 to high speed angular velocity is improved. Also, the structure is simplified. |
