<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron gun in which the temp. of the first or second grid will never rise unnecessarily even though an impregnated cathode is used and which can prevent the intensity of straight emission from becoming excessive. SOLUTION: This electron gun is structured so that a inner sleeve 10 with a built-in heater to whose one end impregnated cathode K is attached, is inserted into an outer sleeve 20 firmly and that the outer sleeve 20 is coupled with and supported on a ceramic disc 22 where a first grid G1 and a second grid G2 are installed, wherein support pins 51 are implanted in the ceramic disc 22. By means of resistance welding, etc., one end of a V-tab 52 formed by bending a linear member into a V-shape is fastened to the pin 51 while the other end is fastened to the outer sleeve 20.</p> |
