SOLUTION: The interdigital transducer IDT 102 consists of the groups of transducer fingers 107, 108, etc., which are orthogonal to the phase advancing direction of an elastic surface wave to be used and are arranged in large numbers parallelly and periodically. At the time of setting the array length in the direction of an X-axis of the group of transducer fingers to be PT, the conductor width of the transducer finger to be LT and the length of the nonconductor covering area of the transducer finger to be ST, PT=LT+ST is 1.5 times as long as the wavelengthλ3 of the elastic surface wave. At the time of setting the cycle length of the conductor strips 104 and 1011 of reflectors 101 and 103 to be PR, the width size of the X-direction of the conductor strips to be LR and the length of a nonconductor covering area between adjacent conductor strips to be SR, PR=LR+SR is 1.5 times as long as the wavelengthλ3 .
