PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conductive polymer compound layer from peeling off and provide a reliable solid electrolyte capacitor with solid electrolyte made of a conductive polymer compound. SOLUTION: A conductive molecular compound layer is formed in a tantalum porous pellet 1 through a chemical polymerization step. Since a silane coupling agent on an outer surface of the tantalum porous pellet 1 is partly removed, when the porous pellet is dipped in a reactive solution for the polymerization, the silane coupling agent is used again for surface treatment to form surface treatment layers 3A and 3B which are made of silane coupling agent on the outer surface of the porous pellet 1. After that, conductive polymer compound layers 4A and 4B are formed on the tantalum porous pellet 1. As a result, a conductive polymer compound layer is prevented from peeling off on the outer surface of the tantalum porous pellet 1. |
