FIELD: medical facilities; may be used in traumatology and orthopedics for reposition and fixing of bone fragments in apparatuses of perosseous osteosynthesis. SUBSTANCE: rod has pointed end cone with angle of 40-45 deg and two flat faces forming one cutting edge each, and may be sharpened and joined to form point by connector at angle of 55 deg; and starting taper made with teeth for cutting profile buttress thread and followed by rod part with buttress thread of the same profile as in starting taper. EFFECT: reduced injury to bone tissue and higher strength of rod installation. 3 dwg
