FIELD: surgical tools; may be used in plastic surgery or ophthalmosurgery for stretching skin, conjunctival cavity or in reconstruction of lacrimal tracts. SUBSTANCE: main and auxiliary balloons are communicated with each other. Auxiliary balloon volume is 2-3-fold larger than that of main balloon. Main balloon is made in the form of symmetrical or nonsymmetrical working part, and auxiliary balloon is made in the form of driving vessel. Driving vessel is deformed by application of bandages.
