<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the suitable transmission/reception of vertically polarized waves and to improve a transmission/reception level by providing an antenna to almost vertically rise in the state of laterally placing a portable telephone terminal. SOLUTION: On a connector 11, antennas 16a and 16b vertically rise from near high frequency signal plugs 15a and 15b of a housing 13. By fitting and connecting a base band signal plug 14 of the connector 11 to a base band signal jack 9 of portable telephone terminal equipment 1, the portable telephone terminal equipment 1 is connected to information equipment. The high frequency signal plugs 15a and 15b of the connector 11 are fitted and connected to a high frequency signal jacks 8a and 8b of the portable telephone terminal equipment 1, and the antennas 16a and 16b are connected with the high frequency signal jacks 8a and 8b. Then, the internal circuit of the portable telephone terminal equipment 1 and an antenna 3 of the portable telephone terminal equipment 1 are electrically disconnected, and high frequency signals from the internal circuit are transmitted to the antennas 16a and 16b.</p> |
