SOLUTION: On the surface of an electron collector 8 of an electron beam tube, at least one extension part(s) 1, 2, 3 having a large area are formed to conduct heat emission, and the extension part has a surface 7 emitting less heat on the opposite side about the electron beam 5 coming to the extension part, and all other surfaces of the extension part(s) are formed so as to make a large heat dissipation. |
