LIGHT-EMITTING DOOR WINDOW PANEL STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly emit the light over an upper side end part by setting the fitting angle of a lamp relative to a lower side end part of a door window panel so that the axis of a beam is agreed to a center of the upper side end part in a system where the upper side end part of the door window panel is illuminated by lighting the lamp. SOLUTION: In a rear door window panel 1 to be mounted on a sashless door of an automobile in an elevating/lowering manner, an upper side end part 4 is formed between forward and rear corner parts 2, 3, and the upper side end part 4 is illuminated by lighting a lamp 6 arranged in a center part of a lower side end part 5 of the panel 1. The lamp 6 is fitted to a fitting surface 5a which is formed on the lower side end part 5 and inclined by the prescribed angleθ(20 deg.) relative to the horizontal so that the axis S of the fan- shaped light L incident in the thickness surface of the door window panel 1 from the lamp 6 forms an angle orthogonal to the fitting surface 5a. Deviation in brightness at the upper side end part 4 is eliminated, and the whole upper side end part 4 is uniformly illuminated.
