<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid cleaning agent to be put on a tank for use in a toilet, which exhibits the dissolution rate being independent of the temperature of water, does not show marked swelling and has excellent detergency, and further can be produced through extrusion molding, press molding and pelletizing, and a method for producing the cleaning agent. SOLUTION: This solid cleaning agent to be put on a tank for toilet use comprises (a) 5 to 80 wt.% of an alkali metal salt of an 8-22C fatty acid, (b) 1 to 35 wt.% of a nonionic surfactant having a melting point of 45 deg.C or higher, (c) 1 to 35 wt.% of an alkali metal salt of a carboxymethylcellulose, (d) 0 to 25 wt.% of a hydrophobic substance which is liquid at 20 deg.C and (e) 0 to 80 wt.% of a water-soluble inorganic or organic filler. This method for producing the solid cleaning agent comprises mixing the above-mentioned (a) to (e) and subjecting them to extrusion molding, press molding or pelletizing.</p> |
