Compositions and methods for the detection and therapy of prostate cancer are disclosed. The compounds provided include tumor-associated proteins, and portions and variants thereof, as well as polynucleotides that encode such polypeptides. Vaccines and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds are also provided and may be used, for example, for cancer prevention and treatment. The polypeptides may also be used for the production of antibodies, which are useful for diagnosing and monitoring cancer progression in a patient. |
