The invention relates to a light for vehicles, comprising a housing consisting of a base part (2) and a covering part (3) between which at least one light source (1) is positioned. The covering part (3) has at least one open area (5) which leaves a part of the base part (2) uncovered. A fixing opening (4) for a pin-like fixing means (8) is arranged in the uncovered area (14). On the side facing the direction in which the light radiates outwards the uncovered area (14) has a surface (7) against which the fixing means (8) is able to rest. The open area of the covering part (3) is closed by a cover (9) which is held on the housing by a releasable retaining device (20). |
