METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING COMMUNICATIONS AMONG USERS OF SHARED TELEPHONE NETWORKS, BETWEEN THE LATTER USERS AND THOSE OF NEWLY DEVELOPED COMMUNICATION NETWORKS WITH AID OF NETWORK CODE ANALYZERS

FIELD: telephone communications. SUBSTANCE: telephone communications can be established in Russian republics, districts, regions, cities by introducing novel international, federal, and local communication networks, intellectual communication networks, integral-service digital communication networks, and information networks; to this end, user number format is created to enable dialing reduced number of characters at frequently established local connections and to separate networks on international, trunk, regional, and local levels; automatic exchanges are interconnected considering existence of various mechanical and electronic exchanges in network; reception and signal processing algorithm corresponding to called party number characters is developed for automatic exchanges and peripheral equipment; provision is made for sequential reception and processing of signals corresponding to user's number of type CsCdNa, where Cs is state code complying with guidelines E164 MSE-T (1-3 characters); Cd is destination code determined by communications administration (Cd is part of national number determining network and region in state of destination). International number format for connection with shared network subscribers in Russia (for incoming communications) may be in future as follows: Cs(K)(D)(S)(A)(B)(C)(k)(a)X1X2X3X4X5..Xn, where characters in brackets may be or not in number system of particular network, characters may be both numeric and alphabetic, and invention may be used for all types of numbering; Cs is state code; (K), (D), (S) is part of national number defining the network (national network code); (A), (B), (C) is part of national number determining region in state of destination; characters of number (k)an(x1)..(xn) = Kac is regional code of network that may incorporate any number of characters and various signs out of number system in force while part of Kac may be part of user's number, where "M" is natural set of numb
