摘要 FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: stock is extracted, sorption of colorants is carried out using inorganic sorbent at solid to liquid phase ratio from 1: 18 to 1:100 at 70-80 C in continuous flow. Desorption is then carried out in continuous counterflow with alcoholic solution of citric acid at 5-10% of weight fractions at 80-85 C. Sorbent is activated aluminium oxide, namely, alumogel of alpha modification. The resulting secondary extract is concentrated in vacuum.
