PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from adhering to and remaining at a duct by using a hood for ventilation to evacuate steam and eliminating the water. SOLUTION: With a hood A, an upper-level adjustment plate 13 and a lower- level adjustment plate 17 are arranged back and forth in a hood case 1, a zigzag exhaust port 22 for forced flex passage of steam for causing baffle operation is provided between the adjustment plates 13 and 17 and between the lower-level adjustment plate 17 and a drain groove 9 of the hood case 1, the steam is guided by a suction pressure at the side of a dust 23, and water in the steam is captured and eliminated by the baffle operation. |
