PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress the change of a composite resistance value at failure of a resistor with less resistance. SOLUTION: A resistor unit 30 is one where three groups of resistors in each group of which three resistors are connected in parallel are connected in series, and it is constituted of resistors whose resistance values are all 1 MΩ. Therefore, the composite resistance value of this resistor unit 30 becomes 1 MΩ. Then, the composite resistance value at failure of opening of one resistor of this resistor unit 30 becomes 1.17 MΩ, and the rate of change can be made small at 117%.
