PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a telephone set connecting with a private branch of exchange used for a leased line-public line connection service for the leased line-public line connection service with priority. SOLUTION: A special number memory 114 of the telephone set 100 stores a special number to use the leased line-public line connection service, and a telephone number to call a destination, that is made via a switch section 109, is temporarily stored in a redial memory 113. When a toll station number of the destination is matches with a toll station number stored in a valid toll station number memory 116, or when a toll station number does not match with those in the valid toll station number memory 116 and an invalid toll station number memory 117, after storage contents of the special number memory 114 is sent to a private branch of exchange, a number which excludes the public line connection special number from contents of storage of the redial memory 113 is sent to use the leased line-public line connection service.
