PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply supply voltage of a small voltage drop to a load. SOLUTION: Voltage generated by a power supply 11 is divided by two resistors 13, 14 and is supplied to a comparator 17, and a voltage generated by a power supply 12 is divided by two resistors 15, 16 and is supplied to the comparator 17. From a non-reversal output terminal 17a and a reversal output terminal 17b of the comparator 17, signals of complementary levels are output, based on which field effect transistor 18, 19 (FETs) complementarily turn into an on-state. A channel is formed in the FETs 18, 19 which turned with on-state, and a supply voltage with a small voltage drop is transferred to a positive pole side power supply terminal 24. |
