摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-quality video display while suppressing a leakage current, which is caused by stray light, to the level of no problem by thinning the active layer thickness of a TFT in comparison with other two LCD concerning the LCD irradiated with the light of the shortest wavelength among three LCD. SOLUTION: This equipment has an optical engine constituted by using three LCDs 307-309 and three LCDs 307-309 respectively have circuits composed of plural TETs 312 and 313. In the LCD irradiating the light of the shortest wavelength among three LCDs 307-309, each active layer thickness of TFTs 312 and 313 is thinned in comparison with other two LCDs. In the LCD for blue display among three LCDs 307-309, for example, the active layer thickness of TFTs 312 and 313 is thinned in comparison with the LCDs for red and green display. Thus, since the optimum active layer thickness is set corresponding to the wavelength of irradiation light, the stray light leakage current is reduced and a display defect such as crosstalk can be eliminated.</p>
