PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image carrier cartridge capable of obtaining a sure and stable contacting condition with an abutting member, excellent in durability and handleability and capable of being surely driven. SOLUTION: This image carrier cartridge supports a flexible thin cylindrical image carrier 140 by a pair of disk-like members 130 rotatably attached to a shaft 110 which does not rotate by itself. The shaft end 112a of an image carrier unit 101 on which a backup drum attached to the shaft 110 at the inside and supporting the image carrier 140 from the inside at an abutting position where a cleaning member 171 and an electrifying roller 160 abut on the image carrier 140 from the outside is rotatably provided on the shaft 110 by an eccentric bearing protrudes outside from one disk like member, and it is D-shaped. A fitting part 251 having the same shape as that of the shaft end which is fitted to the shaft end and positions the backup member on an abutting member side is provided on a cartridge case 200. |
