PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmitting device for surely transmitting signals with timely changing values outputted in parallel while eliminating influences of noises, and exactly monitoring the signal state of a detection system. SOLUTION: The peak value of an output signal of a load cell 7 provided at the rotating side of a measuring roll or the like is converted into a pulse signal, and turned into serial data, and then transmitted with a carrier frequency of 340 MHz and at a transmission rate of 4 Mbps. Also, a relay part 13 is provided between the rotating side and a control board 15, and the transmitted data are received, and temporarily converted into an optical signal, and transmitted to the control board 15. In the control board 15, the data are converted into an electric signal, and turned into parallel data, and the pulse signal is reproduced by a majority processing. This reproduced pulse signal is converted into peak value data, and supplied to a control part 43. |
