Benzene-to-hydrogen evaporation has two stages, whilst in a first stage as much as 95 percent of benzene, relative to the total amount thereof necessary for the preparation of the mixture, is evaporated at adiabatic conditions. In a second stage, benzene is evaporated at isothermal conditions. A ratio of hydrogen overflow-to-benzene overflow, fed in the adiabatic evaporation stage, is from 0.007 to 0.018 kg/kg, whilst a flow of both the phases is counter.
|
