The system consists of three main elements (100,200,300) able to be displaced one in relation to the other, and a method of controlling this displacement. It consists of an elastic element (150), placed in series, between the first (100) and the second (200) main element and a damper (250), placed in series, between the second (200) and the third (300) main element.
