PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety in the hard condition, while restricting the decomposition and flow of the high molecular electrolyte even in the excessive charge condition and the storage condition at a high temperature by linking the fluorine-including polymer matrix holding the nonaqueous electrolyte, and including the inorganic powder having a surface area at a specified value or more as a filling material. SOLUTION: Polymer solid electrolyte separators linked with the fluorine- including polymer matrix holding the non-aqueous electrolyte are used, and the nonaqueous electrolyte includes the lithium-including electrolyte and alkyl carbonate. As cross-linking agent of the fluorine-including polymer matrix, polyamine, polyol, peroxide, triazine dithiol are used. Furthermore, inorganic powder filling material having a specific surface area of 100 m<2> /g or more is blended, and the composition composed to the fluorine-including polymer, high boiling-point plasticizer, solvent and the cross-linking agent is coated, and a film formed by drying the solvent is linked, and after extracting the plasticizer, the nonaqueous electrolyte property is retained. |
