PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally and stably operate an electronic part in a long term by effectively preventing noise from intruding into an electronic part. SOLUTION: This wiring board 1 has a signal line 4, a power source line 5, and a ground line 6 formed on the surface and inside an insulating substrate 3 with which the signal electrode, power source electrode, and ground electrode of an electronic part 7 are connected. In this case, the insulating substrate is formed of a sintered body containing a crystal phase obtained by sintering a molded body containing lithium silicate glass in 20-80 vol.% having a sag point of 400-800 deg.C, containing Li2 O of 5-30 wt.% and filler components of 20-80 vol.% comprising at least of one kind of quartz, cristobalite, tridymite, enstatite, and foresterite. Also, auxiliary ground line 6a is branched from the ground line, and the signal line 4 is interposed by the ground line and the auxiliary ground line, and magnetic powder is contained in at least one part of the ground line and the auxiliary ground line so that a magnetic area can be formed. |
