PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card destaticizer having high destaticization performance and capable of destaticizing an IC card while bringing it into contact with an IC card when the IC card is loaded on a connector. SOLUTION: The destaticizer is provided with a destatization terminal 10 connected to a ground circuit 14 formed on a substrate 12, and at the time of loading the IC card 20 on the connector 25, the terminal 10 is brought into contact with the inserting side terminal end 20a of the surface of the card 20 to destaticize static electricity and then the terminal 10 is brought into contact with the substrate side face 20b of the card 20 to destaticize static electricity. |
