PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the loss of luminous energy or the like from occurring due to the interference with the upper half part of a reflecting mirror having much reflection luminous energy. SOLUTION: An automobile headlight 1 is composed by placing a rotation shaft 2a at one end side lower tan a light source socket part 2b in a fixing condition of the automobile headlight 1 to an automobile, so that luminous energy emitted toward the upper half part which is a feature of a discharge lamp employed as a light source 4 is increased. In addition, without forming a deformed part to prevent the interference with the rotation shaft 2a of a light source board 2 in the upper half part of a reflecting mirror 3 that thereby becomes more important for securing luminous energy and forming a luminous intensity distribution property, a deformed part 3a is formed in the lower half part of the reflecting mirror 3 which hardly reflects the light energy inherently. |
