<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily adjust the position of a bolt hole and connecting angle of a flange by adjusting the assembling of a joint consisting of a connecting part, a loose flange, a tube part, and a spherical part. SOLUTION: Connecting parts 1 of same joints are fitted, if necessary, packing is inserted between them, and a bolt is inserted into flanges and fastens lightly. Because a flange part of this joint is a loose flange 2 and the connecting part 1 is attached to a spherical part 5 didagonally, by rotating the joints clockwise or counterclockwise having a tube part 3 of one joint, connecting position of the connecting part 1 is displaced, and angles of the central lines of the tube parts 3 of two joints are found. After the angles are determined, the bolt of the flange is tightened and fixed. In addition, after angles of two joints are determined, the tube parts 3 can be connected with an existing tube, a new tube, or a joint.</p> |
