<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the economical recycling properties of both of a conductor and a coating layer by making it easy to separate the conductor and the coating. SOLUTION: This coated electric wire 1 comprises a conductor part 2 and a coating layer 3 formed on the outer circumference of the conductor part 2 by extrusion coating. The coating layer 3 is formed from a resin composition containing 100 pts.wt. of polyvinyl chloride resin and 2-10 pts.wt. of metal soap having melting point >=200 deg.C. The metal soap comprises at least one compound selected from lithium stearate, barium stearate, dibasic lead stearate and barium laurate. At the time of parting the coating layer 3 from the conductor part 2, the coated electric wire 1 is heated to 200-300 deg.C and higher than the melting point of the metal soap and then parting the coating layer 3 for the conductor part 2.</p> |
