CONTACT CLEANING DEVICE FOR IC CARD CONNECTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean a contact for an IC card connector. SOLUTION: A body case 1 is provided with a contact cleaning member 2 and the case 1 is attached to detached from an IC card connector 3 so that the member 2 is brought into contact with connector contact members 4a, 4b to clean the contact. In this case, the member 2 forms a rugged face on its contact face with the contact of the connector 3 and is allowed to physically move in a direction for sliding the contact, so that physical stimulus force for separating dirt is effectively used with respect to the connector contact.
