PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet integrated type antenna coil manufacturing method and a non-contact type IC card manufacturing method capable of improving mass productivity and reducing the thickness of each product and to provide a non-contact type IC card. SOLUTION: A non-contact type IC card 300 is produced by fusibly joining an IC card module 201 obtained by connecting the terminal of an antenna coil 1 to an IC module 3 to the surface of a laminated sheet 32a with a hot melt layer by hot pressing, fusibly joining a laminated sheet 32b with a hot melt layer to the sheet 32a and then sealing the module 201 into a hot melt layer 33 held between both the laminated sheets 32a, 32b. The antenna coil 1 is constituted of laying insulated conductors with hot melt layers, and at the time of hot pressing, the hot melt layers 12 of respective conductor materials are mutually melted and joined. Consequently a wire material having a short diameter can be used, the whole thickness can be reduced and mass production can be improved in a consistent manufacturing line. |
