摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an X-ray transmission-type inside judgment apparatus in which a large- current X-ray source is not applied and by which information on the inside of an object to be measured can be judged with high accuracy without slowing a conveyance speed by a method wherein N pieces of two-dimensional transmission images are overlapped while they are being moved mutually and sequentially, the integrated image of the object to be measured is synthesized and the information on the inside of the object to be measured is judged on the basis of the image. SOLUTION: When a fruit or a vegetable is passed through an X-ray irradiaiton region 4 whose cross section on a conveyance passage is spread to be a nearly rectangular shape, N pieces of two-dimensional transmission images having a mutual deviation amount of L' corresponding to the dislocation portion of L (=V×t) between the respective two-dimensional transmission images are imaged sequentially by a fluorescent screen 5 for X-rays and by a CCD camera 6. Then, while the N pieces of two-dimensional transmission images are being moved mutually and sequentially, they are overlapped in such a way that the dislocation of the fruit or the vegetable between the respective two-dimensional transmission images is eliminated by a judgment means, and the integrated image of the fruit or the vegetable is synthesized. Thereby, the dislocation of the fruit or the vegetable does not exist in the synthesized integrated image, the integrated image is averaged, and the integrated image becomes clear. As a result, information on the inside of the fruit or the vegetable can be judged with high accuracy on the basis of the integrated image.</p>
